Funciones: As a Wellness Coach at REVO, you will play a central role in delivering an exceptional member experience while guiding clients through personalized wellness and longevity journeys. Working closely with REVO’s Longevity Doctor, you will help translate health assessments, biomarker data, lifestyle habits, and wellness goals into actionable protocols designed to improve performance, recovery, healthspan, and overall wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and supporting members, managing bookings and daily studio operations, educating clients on REVO’s therapies and methodology, and ensuring a seamless premium experience at every touchpoint. You will monitor member progress, reinforce adherence to personalized protocols, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate with the clinical team to help members achieve measurable results. The role combines wellness coaching, hospitality, client relationship management, and operational excellence. You will act as a trusted guide throughout each member’s journey while contributing to membership growth, retention, and the overall success of the studio. Background in wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, physiotherapy, nursing, sports science, hospitality, or a related field. Previous experience in client
- facing roles such as coaching, wellness, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, luxury service, or sales. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship
- building skills. Passion for wellness, health optimization, performance, recovery, and longevity. Ability to explain health and performance concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging way. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proactive, solution
- oriented, and capable of working independently. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast
- paced, and high

- focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in advanced wellness technologies and personalized wellness protocols.
