Warehouse Lead Supervisor

You will be joining a forward thinking and dynamic team in our warehouse in Madrid. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and succeed, a focused mind and a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities for our Lead Supervisor:
Ensuring resource is aligned to workload, to deliver a consistent excellent service
Leading the daily hub huddle effectively communicating the requirements for the business that day
First point of escalation for customer service or operational issue resolution
Ensuring that accurate and timely communication is always flowing with clients and the business
Creating an environment where the highest performance standards are maintained, and immediate interventions are made to correct all mistakes
Identifying training requirements, showing “how to”, coaching, practical help, direction, and expertise to support to the hub managers in their area
Deputising for the Site Manager as and when needed to provide operational direction
Coaching, mentoring, and acting as a role model to Hub Supervisors to ensure optimum performance is achieved
Promoting and harnessing the Huboo culture, encouraging high performing employees through coaching and empowerment
Requirements
Experience of leading a successful high performing team
Excellent coaching skills developing members of staff
Experience of peer-to-peer coaching is an advantage
The ability to plan effectively to create maximum efficiency
Problem solving skills in the moment and for long term issues
High energy and the ability to motivate a team to perform to the best of their abilities
A customer centric individual that always understands the customers situation and puts actions in place to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do
A people focused individual that ensures the operational environment is a great place to work
