Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

Our department is looking for a VIE Information System Analyst for 24 months, within a dynamic team made of four members in the IS department.

Your challenges?
You will support the IS Manager in the tasks related to the Security “TISAX certification” and in the tasks related to Comp@ss 1000
You will keep track of the KPIs for the Information Department (DRP, VIQCT Podium, Helpdesk Incident Backlog, Server Availability, Barflow Availability, SAP Availability)
You will be responsible for the support of office application
You will be responsible for promoting office best practices and proposing evolution to office systems
You will be responsible for user training on office tools
You will support the plant business continuity process
You will participate in the management of IS activities for site specific projects
You will participate in the management of access to Corporate ERP information systems, e-commerce and workshop applications
Qualifications - External

Let’s talk about you…
You are graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Cybersecurity
You have basic knowledge of concepts in cybersecurity, computer auditing and management of information systems for decision making
You have a fluent level of English
You have bases in Spanish, any other language is a plus
You have a good understanding of basic concepts of Business applications
You have good communication skills, have an international mindset, like teamwork and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
You have rigor, curiosity, eagerness to learn, team spirit, an analytical and problem-solving mindset
