Vendor Operations Manager

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data management, analytics, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3 years of experience in vendor management.

• Experience of overseeing vendor network distributed across different suppliers and sites.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with spreadsheets and SQL.

• Experience executing strategic and operational initiatives.

• Experience with operational skills and making data-driven decisions regarding strategy and change management in a demanding, fast-moving environment requiring deadline-driven focus.

• Ability to communicate with management, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to travel to vendor sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor network distributed across different suppliers and sites.
• Manage relationships with the vendor service providers, partner with suppliers, and internal Google Cloud teams.
• Lead regular business reviews ensuring sites are meeting goals.
• Identify operational gaps using a data-driven approach and develop innovative solutions.
