Your role: In ADP, were building the next generation of technologies. Our mission is simple: Create powerful solutions that are efficient, intuitive, beautiful, and responsive. As a UAT Specialist, youll create and execute test cases which are in line with business processes and requirements.

What youll do:
Understand business requirements and prepare test plans accordingly.
Create detailed and well-structured test cases.
Work closely with development team, user requirement specialists, business analysts, Scrum teams, product owners and clients to ensure new application functionality.
Identify, log and take ownership of defects to ensure that it is addressed based on priority.
Conduct testing of application release and patches to ensure that the application changes meet requirements and not cause post release incidents.
Actively participate in scrum calls & sprint reviews.
Identify and implement continuous service and process improvements within the department.
Qualifications youll need:

Education: bachelors degree and above

Experience:
1-2 years of experience in implementing or servicing HR andor Payroll applications or,
1-2 years of any manual software testing experience (system, functional, regression and performance) * ISTQB foundation level certification is added advantage.
Understanding of web application, web services, windows application, and windows services.
Strong communication skills with the ability to write well-structures and understandable test cases and defects.
Exposure to agile environment, defect tracking tool (Jira or similar) and test management tools.
Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing and Functional Testing.
Additional qualities:
Logical, Analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to quickly adapt with an openness to learn and develop skills.
Exposure to a quality standard such as ISO or CMM too will be an added advantage.
Experience working in distributed teams and dynamic work environment.
Fluent readingwriting in English and either DutchSpanishGermanItalian
