Develop and conduct expert training courses to EMEA dealers to ensure they provide consistent quality and service to end-users.
Ensure all dealer technicians are trained to the best possible standard.
Continuously develop own skills and maintain awareness of transport refrigeration industry standards and regulations. Obtain and maintain the requested industry certification levels.
Create and manage the databases and related literature making sure that the whole program is continuously updated to reflect product changes and new service procedures.
Be aware of all aspects of unit technical reliability performance and adjust training courses to include continuous product improvements and new product launches.
Support the on-boarding and development of our employees by providing customized training courses at regular intervals during the training season.

You have experience in technical training
You are a dynamic and communicative person
You speak English and Spanish
