Job description

Context of the position
You will join the International Talent Acquisition & People Partner team in Madrid! Our team of 4 people deals with the recruitment and the monitoring of the international markets’ people of Selectra (Germany, Belgium, Ireland and Japan).
You’ll be responsible for the recruitment of german-speaking sales and support positions (other positions can be added later).
Outcomes to be accomplished

Outcome 1 : Management of recruitment for german-speaking vacancies
Management of the recruitment process from A to Z: analysis of needs with the managers, publication of advertisements, selection of CVs, headhunting on LinkedIn (or each relevant sourcing technique, setting up and conducting interviews, follow-up of candidates until negative feedback or their arrival and updating of our follow-up tools;
Implementation of the sourcing strategy: you define the sourcing strategy for each job opening and you update it regularly according to the results and priorities. You develop relationships with our current partners (job boards) and develop new partnerships to improve CV acquisition;
Management of the onboarding process: You make sure all newcomers are properly welcomed and ensure an efficient collaboration with the administrative team;
Continuous process improvement: in collaboration with the various members of the recruitment team and while respecting the recruitment processes implemented at group level, you propose improvements and adaptations to the scope for which you are responsible.
Outcome 2 : Ensure a great employee experience to your perimeter by being an efficient People Partner
Communicate your role to the people within your designated scope with a special focus in new hires;
Build a trusted relationship with the department leaders based on frequent communication, to guarantee a strong alignment in all people-related topics;
Build a trusted relationship with all employees in the designated perimeter by frequently interacting with all people in the scope;
Act as a focal point for all questions and answers related to P&O processes, redirecting the questions to the experts in each area;
Redirecting to the legal department all legal issues and all Employee Relations to ensure compliance with the Law;
Support retention of key profiles detecting risks of attrition;
Suggest initiatives to improve people satisfaction and team performance;
This position does not include administrative duties.
