Job description

The role:

GTD Science, Infrastructures & Robotics offers services and solutions for energy operators, and nuclear research centers focused on the development of robotics, control, and supervisors. We develop and validate ground-breaking smart infrastructure solutions and put some pretty nifty smart solutions on the market.

We are looking for a Support Analytics Intern to join GTD Science, Infrastructures & Robotics¸ the company of GTD Group specialized in the design and development of large, complex and/or safety-critical applications. Here you will find more information about us:

You will participate in Big-Science projects, such as ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor).

You will join a dynamic team, who is responsible for the development of highly critical and real-time Control Systems in the context of scientific applications.

Position activities:

You will participate in leading data analysis projects in the field of renewable energy, your tasks will be among others:
- Containerization of services in Docker and deployment and maintenance of them.
- Design, implement and deploy data processing and machine learning scripts.
- Design, implement and deploy data analysis and visualization tools.

The possibility of joining the team after the end of the internship will be considered. We offer to work in a young, dynamic and highly qualified environment with the possibility of acquiring new knowledge in many areas of ICT.
Availability to sign a university-company agreement and do an internship (20-25h per week). The possibility of flexible hours depending on personal and academic needs is offered.

Nice to have, knowledge in:
Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows...).
Familiarity with the different software used in the companys day-to-day work (Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins...).
Knowledge in containerization of services and their management (Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes or similar).
Programming knowledge in high-level languages (Python, Java, Typescript, C++, Go...).
Knowledge in relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar).
Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Web components...).
Knowledge in monitoring and data analysis tools (Grafana or similar).
Knowledge in Big Data and parallel data processing tools (Spark, Kafka...).
Knowledge in Machine Learning tools (scikit-learn, opencv, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
English C2
Native/Bilingual Spanish
