As Qonto is scaling fast, we are looking for our Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to optimize our outsourced vendor operations and workforce management effort with the aim of continuously improving satisfaction, reaching excellence, and increasing efficiency!
You will report directly to , our VP CS. You will also work closely with , our Head of Excellence, , our Senior Lead Ops Engineering, and , our Head of Scalability.
????As a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager at Qonto, you will
Build and manage workforce management processes. You will design and implement short- and long-term forecasting on capacity and budget, and work closely with our Finance department to make sure we provide world-class services at optimal cost.
Manage the performance and improvement of our current and future vendors. You will take over the responsibility for daily vendor operations, including negotiations and relationship management with third-party providers.
Improve our cost efficiency by continuously working with our Operations, Finance, Growth, and Strategy team to accommodate for our growth, identify sales opportunities, and ensure new features and updates are launched smoothly across our footprint.
Lead and Execute key large-scale company projects and initiatives. Take on the challenge of not simply maintaining good workforce management practices, but building our operational infrastructure globally, including security, tools, and processes.

Their path: Kamil has extensive experience operating in customer-centric and matrix-driven environments. With over 5 years scaling up operations as Chief Customer Officer and a significant experience in Project Management, he joined Qonto in November 2022 as a VP of Customer Success.
What they can bring to you: autonomy in shaping the next level of Workforce and Vendor Management. Thanks to his solid Project Management approach, he will help you ensure that customer support challenges would be tackled in the most effective way.
?About You
Experience: You have 5 years experience in Workforce Management and building world-class customer experiences in a context of high-volume operations or in large scales operations. You are an expert in managing third-party vendors across different cultures, organizations, and time zones.
Leadership: You feel fulfilled while working with a wide range of people across internal teams and external vendors. You are action-oriented, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You enjoy being resourceful, and you are able to build prototypes that simplify your work.
Analytical skills: You thrive doing analytical thinking, and you often use Excel for hiring forecasts or business intelligence. At the same time, you can combine common sense with data to make strategic recommendations. You have extensive experience in budget forecasting and budget management for in-house and vendor sites, involving cost optimization, management, and projections.
Mindset: You have a learning-oriented mindset and the ability to coach/mentor people to get things done. You dont mind working with high ambiguity and doing whatever it takes to execute complex projects.
Business trips: You are able to travel to our vendors sites at least 1 week per quarter.
Languages: You speak fluently English (and French is a plus).
