Role Description

We are seeking a talented Sourcing Specialist to join our team located in either Poland, Italy or Spain for a period of 9-12 months. The ideal candidate will have a passion for securing the right talent at the right time, in alignment with our organizations needs and goals. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively driving and supporting the TA operating model, ensuring a great candidate and customer experience throughout the process.

Your role

Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing activities for the area(s) you are supporting. This means screening of incoming applications, providing sourcing and position input to our TA Partners and hiring managers, conducting screening interviews and managing stakeholder relationships in a collaborative way.

We are working in a global setup and in your role you will support one or more European countries with sourcing activities. Your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:
Sourcing on LinkedIn and other local job portals
Pro-active outreach to potential candidates
Screening calls with candidates
Meetings with TA Partners and hiring managers
Your qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have an educational background in HR, business administration, communication, or a related field, and have 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder management and sourcing. In addition to that we expect that you have:
Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other local portals
Ability to adjust to fast-paced and changing environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A collaborative and positive attitude
The ability to work with stakeholders of different seniority levels
A passion for innovation and a drive to continuously improve processes
Fluency in English and preferably also in Spanish
Your new team

Youll be part of Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe. This team consists of 14 TA Partners and sourcing specialists spread across Europe. Other parts of the Global Talent Acquisition team will support recruitments in the USA and Asia businesses, as well as our global employer branding efforts, our technology, process improvements, and executive search.
