Sourcing Manager

Your main duties will be:
Conducting a strategy to attract new talent to the company via job boards, recruitment events, digital marketing campaigns and any possible idea that could attract talent to the company
Measuring efficiency and costs of sources and initiatives
POC of Recruitment Agencies and other Partners supporting Teleperformance
Requirements
Good command of English
+5 years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist in a multilingual environment
HR or Business related studies are a plus
Outstanding communication skills
Candidate orientation
