Sourcer and Recruitment Support internship at Blu Selection (Dutch Speaker)- Starting Date August

Your responsibilities as a Sourcer and Recruitment Support Intern will be to help the team improve their performance by supporting them in their recruitment activities:

- Advertisement of job offers on a variety of platforms and networks
- Hunting of candidates for positions using the company's sourcing channels
- Development of new sourcing channels and community
- Administrative support
- Participation in ad-hoc projects (recruitment, marketing, etc.)

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
We are looking for a hands-on and self-starter candidate who is curious and able to jump from one task to another.
- Native level of Dutch/Flemish+ excellent level of English
- Enrolled in a school and looking for an internship
- Organized, structured and fast learner
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
- A real team player, ready to blend in a multicultural team
