We are currently looking for an English/Spanish Bilingual Software Sales Manager to cover our business in Americas region. This is a #LI-Hybrid role and we are open to candidates based in Lisbon, Madrid, Warsaw, London and Utrecht.
You will be responsible for establishing breakthrough deals with global and local partners, particularly Mobile Operators, Device Manufacturers, Ecosystem Players and other Global Players. You will work for existing accounts and identify new potential customers against a defined revenue target.
What you will do:
Achieve the revenue growth targets;
Identify and develop key partners (through events, research, social media, networking etc.) and qualify their fit to Truphone capabilities and sustainable business models;
Work closely with internal technical support and pre-sales teams to develop propositions that leverage Truphone capabilities and produce a significant and sustainable incremental stream of revenues;
Develop and test new propositions with Partners; take part in proofs of concept(POC);
Construct business cases and commercial models and respond to selected RFPs, RFIs and RFQs;
Manage key stakeholders and gain internal approvals from Finance and Legal;
Report back on key sales performance measures, forecasts and market analysis (competitive landscape, positioning) in your accounts and targets;
Manage, develop and expand business within existing partners.
Requirements
What you will bring:
Sales management experience for international accounts and regions with aggressive targets selling into the mobile industry;
Excellent English and Spanish, both written and verbal;
Experience in selling software solutions; eSIM knowledge is a plus;
Able to deliver presentations at decision maker level for both technical and business propositions;
Self-learner who enjoys working autonomously and thrives in a fast pace environment;
Excellent negotiation skills, able to deliver valuable outcomes and close deals;
Well informed with key mobile industry trends and their relevance for Truphone;
Commit to international business travels and adapt to Americas working hours when necessary.
