Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in software development using one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, C/C++, Go.
Experience in backend software development.
Ability to read and write in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, networking, developing large software systems, and/or security software development.
Experience in web APIs and a wide portfolio of microservices.

Work on projects critical to VirusTotal ecosystem needs. Be versatile and enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
