The role - your passion
Daily business on site in close cooperation with our offices in Munich and Frankfurt such as handovers of the Vans, preparation and cleaning of the Vans
Active customer consulting on site at the start of the trip
Management of the local fleet including damage documentation, repair, and the coordination of local service
Implementation of existing standards and processes
Active participation and a regular exchange with the different station teams for continuous optimization of the station itself, processes and standards
What you need to surf the wave with us
Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification
At least 1 year relevant work experience, preferably with branch structures / rental business
You are absolutely hands-on (meaning you are fine getting your hands dirty) and you consider yourself as a highly communicative person
You are a reliable problem solver and enjoy new challenges
You speak excellent english, on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently
Experience in leadership and recruitment is considered a plus
