Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project and Data Manager to join our Corporate Safety & Security team. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various global safety and security initiatives, managing data-driven projects, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage safety and security projects across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation from inception to completion.
Ensure implementation of mission critical safety & security IT systems, which ensure all stakeholders in our global distributed organization have access to intel, procedures, guidelines and best practices.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and updates, providing regular reports to senior management.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing safety and security protocols.
Analyse data to generate actionable reports and recommendations, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in safety and security, integrating relevant advancements into the companys strategies.
Collaborate with external partners, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to ensure compliance with local, regional, and international safety and security standards.
Contribute to developing training and educational resources to staff members, promoting a culture of safety awareness and security consciousness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Security Management, Project Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline. Masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in safety and security within the hospitality, travel, or related industries.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite Mastery of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI
Ability to manage self and others, team collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects.
Attention to detail, a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or relevant equivalents are a plus.
