WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As a experienced Project Manager you will help in different areas, such as:
End to End follow up on the status of initiatives associated with Cash Management products.
Contribute in the ideation and definition of the different business transformation initiatives.
Follow-up and escalation of product risks and dependencies and of the main production issues and operational shortcomings.
Follow-up and coordination of transversal initiatives.
Team Management: Evaluation, monitoring of delivery capacity, as well as sizing of the different teams.
Elaboration of presentation and support documentation for Committees and top management.
Change Management. Ensuring understanding of major changes within the organization.
Project Management. Project management (control and monitoring and budget management).
Ensure alignment with business and Group strategy.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Experience between 8 and 10 years.

EDUCATION:

- Bachelors degree, further education (Masters degree) is desirable.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Experience in managing remote and/or multicultural teams.
8-10 years of experience in end-to-end project management in the field of Cash Management (desirable knowledge in Payments, Collections, Liquidity and B2B2C).
High/very high level of spoken and written English.
Very high/native level of Spanish.
Experience in project and team management.
Knowledge of agile methodologies applied: Scrum, Kamban, etc.
Ability to communicate with business areas.
