As Senior Principal Architect for Customer Engineering in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, you will be a key part of the leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers and developers see the benefits of technology. You will also assist them in defining a goal and guiding them along the way while keeping mission critical workloads running.

Responsibilities
  • Design customer solutions, collaborate with sales, services, training, and support teams.
  • Engage with customer engineers, solution architects, account managers, professional services, and partners to define the optimal customer engagement with Google accounts.
  • Generate customer facing reference architectures.
  • Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure necessary to implement a solution and provide advice to customers.
  • Provide thought leadership that benefits customers through the use of Google’s services.
