As an International Senior Business Analyst specializing in Planning & Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the performance and operational excellence of our international contact centres. You will manage the analytics function by coordinating data collection, reporting, and in-depth analysis to drive informed decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and reliable daily, weekly, and monthly reports providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Analyse data related to incentive targets, call volume trends, and performance metrics to inform short-term operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
Compile, consolidate, and mine data from multiple contact centre sources and business units to provide a comprehensive view of performance.
Collaborate with international contact centre analysts to ensure consistency and quality of analytics output.
Support workforce planning activities through forecasting and analysis to optimize operational efficiency.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytical models.

What We’re Looking For:
+2 years previous relevant experience as a Business Analyst with reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Excel with the ability to manipulate and analyse large data sets
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively, demonstrating sound judgment
Confident in challenging assumptions constructively and offering innovative solutions
