Our Billing Department needs an experienced professional with a well-developed knowledge of the payments ecosystem to lead and manage the Billing, Risk and Fraud strategies together with the Team and take ownership of the billing-related projects.
Main tasks:
Oversee and manage the chargeback and fraud KPIs, ensure to maintain chargeback level within the thresholds fixed by association; build mitigation and recovery plans when needed;
Participate to the product and billing system optimization;
Assess effectiveness of billing strategies to validate expected impact of changes;
Lead and sucessfully manage the risk and chargeback team and its related activities to reach the highest standards of excellence;
Monitor credit card processing continuity and identify fraud patterns;
Maintain efficient KPI reporting and ensure efficient top-down and bottom-up communication;
Monitor the chargeback dispute process and other revenue-generation projects, coordinating with internal/external partners;
Assist with the implementation of the company’s Risk and compliance strategy;
Maintain procedural documentation;
Suggest improvements to the current billing processes and strategies;
Lead and act as main point of contact for projects related to company billing and risk prevention;
Run and oversee ad-hoc billing requests and longer term analysis;
Requirements
4-5+ year of relevant experience in roles such as Risk Analyst in a financial service provider, 3rd party fraud provider, e-commerce merchant, or similar is a must;
Extensive knowledge of the Payment Card Industry and Card Scheme regulations;
Experience with Chargeback dispute and recovery plan
1+ year of experience in customer service environment (considered an advantage);
Strong leadership, ownership, communication and influencing skills;
Strong analytical abilities
Experience in high-risk card-not-present environment is considered a strong advantage;
Proficiency in performing various analysis, including interpretation of results to non- technical audience;
Excellent presentation skills and relationship building skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Soft skills
Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business or related field;
Complete fluency in English- written and oral;
Advance Level of Excel;
Technology savvy;
Precision and superb attention to detail;
Highly proactive, self learner and independent with a positive “Can do” attitude;
