About the role

As our Senior Director of Growth, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing, and play a pivotal role in steering Amenitiz through our next phase of hypergrowth. You will use your strategic, technical, and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a proven track record in leading successful growth initiatives within SaaS companies to help us continue our 2.5x YOY revenue growth!

Your missions
Lead our growth team:
Manage a substantial €3M budget to maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth.
Lead a cross-functional team of technical and generalist growth marketing managers, fostering collaboration and innovation
Inbound Growth Optimization
Maintain and scale a high-performing inbound growth machine, responsible for 70% of revenue in EMEA markets and 100% in LATAM markets.
Implement and optimize dashboards and tools to measure ROI, identify trends, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Expansion and Acquisition:
Conduct A/B testing and market analysis to identify and capitalize on new geographies and online/offline acquisition channels.
Collaborate with product and other marketing teams to drive product-led growth initiatives at scale
Outbound Growth Strategy:
Partner with country managers to elevate the outbound growth strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Website Leadership:
Assume the role of CEO for our website, overseeing its performance and leading the migration to a more stable architecture.
Drive the development of high-converting landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Strategic Advisor:
Act as an advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to drive overall company success.
Your profile
Proven experience in senior growth roles within hypergrowth SaaS companies.
Demonstrated success in managing substantial advertising budgets and cross-functional teams.
Expertise in inbound and outbound growth strategies, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to lead website architecture improvements.
Experience in driving product-led growth initiatives and collaborating with product teams.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective measurement tools
