Our team is engaged in designing and delivering Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.
We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting highly regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional and local regulations).

Main responsibilities
The SAP Technical Architect is primarily responsible for defining, architecting, building infrastructure services related to SAP technology domain.
She/he is facilitating transition to RUN mode and continually improving platforms, services and associated technologies in order to facilitate integration of related business application portfolio in cost-effective manner with focus on the platform TCO (hardware, licensing, operational support).
She/he will support execution of all SAP projects related to the CHC carve-in initiative.
The SAP Technical Architect has proven expertise on
Lead and/or advise on architecture of platforms for complex projects and solutions
Support the project teams and leverage the SAP platform and services to ensure a robust deployment with the run teams
Ensure SAP platform governance is aligned with business applications and project roadmaps
Collaborate closely with other IT Architects to design and build integrated platform services
Defining and overseeing SAP Platform Standards
Plan, design, build the Platform and solutions to be delivered
Define and monitor the SAP platform and services OLAs
Ensure Platform and Solutions lifecycle management by defining technical (upgrades) and associated roadmaps
Ensure communication and promotion of standard platforms
ABOUT YOU
Technical background required
7+ years of experience in Architecture focusing on SAP, infrastructure technologies, IT architecture, compliance. A recognized professional with various proven experiences in international context across global organizations. Certifications are appreciated
Experience with SAP solutions prior to S/4HANA with focus on Business Suite Products (ECC, SCM, CRM, SRM) and SAP NetWeaver Products (BW, Enterprise Portal, PI and Solution Manager)
Experience with green field and migration projects to S/4HANA and Suite on HANA
Good understanding of infrastructure technologies, architecture and compliance
A familiarity with the new digital technologies and associated cyber practices for Cloud, Infra-by-code, IaaS/SaaS/PaaS services, OT/IoT, factory 4.0, DevSecOps, etc.
Experience on a highly regulated sector
Knowledge on industrial systems
Soft skills required
Proven experience defining and leading implementation of high-performing SAP solutions
Ability to provide innovative solutions to his partners and facility to collaborate in global and cross-functional teams
Proven successes working with project teams in industry (manufacturing, science, commercial)
Strong capacity to manage activities across web meetings and collaborative solutions
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work in an international matrixed environment
