We are looking for a EMEA Sap Success Factors Consultant with technical and functional knowledge. You will be the leader of E2E process expert in SAP international implementations projects of Sap Success Factors.

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science Engineering Sales Marketing or similar
- +3 years of experience as responsible for the technical configuration and maintenance of Sap Success Factors (Performance Compensation Employee Central Recruiting...)
- It is mandatory to have full understanding of end-to-end HCM process and data process flows
- Experience with functional designing of the solutions in collaboration with HR department
- Capacity to communicate with different levels and used to talk with customer/external stakeholders.
- Native Spanish and fluent level of English.
