Tasks
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to understand Spanish payroll requirements and design efficient SAP HCM payroll solutions.
Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to meet specific payroll and time management needs for Spain.
Ensure compliance with Spanish payroll legislation and regulations.
Provide support and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Spanish payroll processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant, with a strong track record in implementing SAP HCM solutions for Spanish payroll.
In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll legal and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in SAP HCM configuration and customizations for payroll.
Strong understanding of time management and absence management processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
