Job Description:

We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SAP HCM modules, supporting human resources and personnel management processes, collaborating with HR teams, providing expertise on HCM solutions, and delivering training and end-user support. This position is open for both permanent and freelance candidates.

Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules to support HR and personnel management processes.
Collaborate with HR teams to address HR-related matters and provide expert guidance.
Provide training and support to end users, ensuring efficient HR system usage.
Participate in project implementations and system enhancements.
Analyze and design solutions for HR and personnel management needs.
