SAP ABAP and FIORI Development Expert

Within the Digital Platform CoE team, SAP ABAP and FIORI Development Expert will provide expertise on the SAP development area to support ongoing project and AMS activities.

ABOUT THE JOB

SAP ABAP and FIORI Developement Expert will be responsible to support projects and AMS build activities, to make sure that SAP and Sanofi best practices will be followed by the implementation partner.

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible to maintain/evolve SAP development (RICEFW) best practices in different technical areas (SAP ABAP, Fiori, Workflow).

You should manage the relationship with implementation partners to ensure they build custom code with expected quality and performance.

You should develop some components (RICEFW) for critical topics or topics Sanofi decide to develop internally.
You should participate or lead POCs/POVs on new development approach and tooling (BTP development, move to Github, etc.)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The main duties of the Digital SAP Developer are:
Experience in ABAP development for SAP S4HANA modules and was involved in ABAP objects such as Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Forms and WorkFlow.
ABAP development skills (capabilities to develop for fast-track requirements, and drive/monitor factories)
Passionate by SAP development environment
Fiori/UI5 and workflow knowledge
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
Familiar with Solution Manager and Jira
Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical specifications
Strong object orientation experience
Excellent in writing Functional and Technical Specifications, testing and documentation.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Graduated from engineering, computer science, or Digital school, Master’s degree or equivalent
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
3-5 years work experience as SAP developer
Experience working with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Solman, Jira)
Experience in Project Management, involving Agile and Digital methodologies
At ease with Microsoft Office tools, and in general with IS tools.
Experience working from remote location and with offshore delivery centers
