We are looking for a Sales License Compliance Specialist under maternity cover contract, reporting directly into the Sr. License Compliance Manager in Barcelona.
You will be responsible for executing license usage assessments and anti-piracy program activities with timely accomplishment of project plan goals to gain a thorough understanding of a customers’ PTC Product usage. You will actively build internal and external relationships by establishing trust through accurate knowledge sharing, licensing guidance, and transparent engagement activities. Lastly, you will effectively manage expectations of stakeholders throughout project lifecycle and progresses engagements through active listening and persuasively articulating status and direction.
Your impact:
Executing license usage assessments and advisory service program activities with timely accomplishment of project plan goals to gain a thorough understanding of a customers’ PTC Product usage and potential risks
Actively building internal and external relationships by establishing trust through accurate knowledge sharing, technical licensing guidance, and transparent advisory service activities
Effectively managing expectations of stakeholders throughout project lifecycle and progresses engagements through active listening and persuasively articulating status and direction
You will be part of an international and energetic team within a multicultural environment where professionals from throughout Europe interact with current & future PTC customers.
Day-To-Day:
Qualifying potential customers engagements to determine most effective strategy, scope and approach for software compliance management optimization
Interpretation of license agreements and analysis of transaction history
Coordinating with Legal, Finance, Sales, Partners and other functional teams to bring compliance issues to successful resolution
Making decisions demonstrating balanced, impartial and timely judgment about customers engagement
Self-motivation to independently achieve personal and team objectives
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to interact diplomatically and professionally with internal and external customers
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectives
1-2 years of experience in Sales, Sales related or Compliance roles, preferably in a digital selling environment
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business or equivalent
Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills in English are mandatory
