About the BRIDGE program:
You will be a part of the PMIs team during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master or Specific postgraduate degree, validated, and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.
*Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed masters at UCJC
Who were looking for:
University degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or similar)
Recently graduated (Only 4 years since graduation or has 2 subjects and final thesis pending maximum)
English B2 - C1
Comfortable working with Excel
Commercial and proactive spirit, willing to learn and give their point of view on the processes already established in order to improve them
Responsible and organized, with ability to work well independently and within a team
Outgoing, communicative, and highly motivated person!
Responsibilities:
Tobacconist CC Inbound Management day to day
Follow up of weekly KPIS and reports
Back Office incidents follow up
Before every program launch: Think/Prepare possible incidences, unable them in System with CDI, train 3rd Parties involve and Back Office, etc.
REEv (new CRM tool) Follow Up new Implementations and Meetings
Give trainings to Retailer Call Center
Monitoring & Follow Up "Canjes" Logista
