- house team. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the restaurant’s reservation system and booking platforms. Coordinate table allocation to maximize seating efficiency while maintaining the highest service standards. Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and online reservation platforms. Ensure VIP guests and special requests are properly noted and communicated to the service team. Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences within the reservation system. Monitor booking trends and adjust strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. Collaborate with the restaurant manager and host team to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage waitlists and last
- minute changes in a professional and efficient manner. Train and supervise reservation and host staff when applicable. Previous experience in reservations management or host management in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
