TASKS
The current call seeks a Research Support Assistant, preferably with a degree in Sociology, to collaborate in the development of the fieldwork for the project (surveys and in-depth interviews), as well as in data processing (descriptive statistics, multivariate analysis, qualitative analysis) and its visualization (design and creation of graphs, infographics). Additionally, they will provide support in creating content related to the projects results (text, image, audio, video) for dissemination through various media and for different audiences. Specifically, the tasks they will be involved in are:
· Support in developing in-depth interviews
· Transcription of interviews and qualitative analysis (Atlas TI, Nvivo…)
· Statistical analysis (SPSS, R Commander…)
· Creation of graphs and infographics (2D)
· Graphic design, audiovisual recording, and editing

CRITERIA
The following evaluation criteria are established:
· Academic record (maximum 3 points).
· Specific training in Social Sciences research methodologies (maximum 1 point)
· Training related to gender equality or gender violence (maximum 1 point)
· Related work experience (maximum 3 points)
· Personal interview (2 points).
· Academic record (maximum 3 points). For the academic record, the average grade will be used as a reference under these terms:
3rd or 4th year Sociology Degree students:
Average grade above 8 points: 3 points
Average grade between 5 and 8: 2 points
1st or 2nd year Sociology Degree students// 3rd or 4th year Audiovisual Communication Degree students:
Average grade above 8 points: 1 point
Average grade between 5 and 8: 0.5 points
Specific training in research methodologies or specific software for analysis (maximum 1 point)
Postgraduate in Social Sciences Research Methodologies (or equivalent): 1 point
Training in statistical analysis programs (SPSS, R commander): up to 0.5 points*
Training in qualitative analysis programs (AtlasTI, Nvivo): 0.5 points* *Up to 0.1 points for every 5 hours of duly accredited training.
· Specific training related to gender equality or male chauvinist violence (maximum 1 point)*. *0.1 points for every 5 hours of duly accredited training. In the case of equality modules integrated into training courses from entities like INEM, only one (the longest) will be counted in the evaluation of each application.
Work experience (maximum 3 points)
Related to the treatment and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. 1 point for each full-time year worked 0.5 points for each part-time year, internships, scholarships, or equivalents. Related to digital communication and content creation, infographics, graphic design, audiovisual. 0.2 points for each full-time year worked 0.1 points for each part-time year, internships, scholarships, or equivalents.
· Personal interview (2 points) In the interview, the candidate must present documentation justifying the claimed merits, as well as a portfolio of related works developed. In the case of a waiting list, if any, only those who fit the profile required by the call will be integrated.
