Summary.

Do you have experience as a HSE Manager within the wind and/or solar industry and want to work on developing the energy system of the future, we want to get in touch with you! Our leading renewable energy client is looking for people who wish to take responsibility in our clients growing team of environmental professionals working to develop a best in class portfolio developing their company within the European renewable market - a strategic focus area within the company. With them, you will be involved in solving some of the greatest societal challenges of our time in a market in rapid growth, and you will have the opportunity to have an ever-greater responsibility in line with our further growth. The position is newly established and has the title Renewable HSE Manager Spain. They have an office in Madrid, Spain and there may be some travel to European projects from time to time.

Your Responsibilities
Implementation of strategic HSE objectives for the greatest possible safety for all employees
Single point of contact for HSE issues and interaction with external bodies
Responsible for training and education planning, as well as instruction of our employees
Quality assurance based on construction site audits, including reporting
Support in the implementation and internal auditing of management systems (ISO 45001-2018, ISO 9001-2015)
Preparation of risk assessments and the associated work and operating instructions
Creation of customer-specific HSE documents
About you!
Completed vocational training and further training as an occupational health and safety management specialist (m/f/d), occupational health and safety management officer (m/f/d) or similar Relevant professional experience in the HSE environment
Knowledge of HSE management systems
Technical knowledge and experience in the field of wind energy
Analytically thinking and project-oriented action
Strong communication, organisational and planning skills
Professional social skills, teamwork and problem-solving skills
Driving licence B
Confident handling of MS Office and common IT applications
Conversational knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
