Your Future Company:

Our client is a growing international company that developed an Intelligent Maintenance Management Platform and delivers solutions that help other companies every day.
They're currently looking for someone to join their team to help implement and iterate a sales strategy in the Iberian Market.

Your responsibilities and impact working as Regional Sales Manager:

  • Managing Market strategy for the Iberian region, while in line with Marketing and Customer Success teams
  • Having operational accountability for the Spanish and Portuguese markets
  • Delivering revenue targets with high forecasting accuracy
  • Participating in recruitment and training of Account Executives
  • Helping the team to exceed their individual targets
  • Assisting the team in closing new deals
  • Helping to develop a conistant sales strategy
Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
  • History of success within a B2B SaaS sales organization
  • Experience working with sales tools
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding team members
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS Go-To-Market strategy
