R2R Bonus and Commissions Specialist with English en Barcelona

Funciones: Position Purpose:
The R2R Bonus and Commissions team is responsible for the calculation of monthly and quarterly Bonus & Commissions (here in after B&C) for UK, EMEA and APAC regions. The team ensures the standardization and consistency of the B&C calculation delivered to our clients in a timely manner and in accordance with the B&C Governance.
This team works closely together with the front office and local finance teams and will provide the necessary explanations on B&C calculations and Profit & Loss movements.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering monthly and quarterly bonus and commissions calculations in a timely manner
Providing explanations on B&C calculations and P&L movements
Working closely with Finance business partners and local teams regarding the commissions & bonus calculations
Updating calculations to new B&C schemes and performing simulations with finance business partners as necessary
Updating Commissions & Bonus Overview Table to reflect the scheme changes
Developing and maintaining calculation files while ensuring the right level of automation in the process
Working closely with stakeholders with a value
added perspective Requisitos: About You
MS Office package and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, data validation)
Any experience in corporate finance (reporting, controlling, accounting) would be a great asset
Fluet English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of MS Power Automate and Power BI is a plus
Ability to document and maintain process documentation and calculation logic
Ability to handle large datasets accurately and efficiently
Structured, organized, and deadline
