Role Summary: We are looking for a PSM Secretary to support monthly Project Steering Meetings within a major international public organisation. The role focuses on coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth meeting execution across multiple internal stakeholders.
Location: Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:
· Organise agendas, logistics and preparatory meetings.
· Provide templates and guidance to presenting teams.
· Draft meeting notes and decisions; manage documentation and archives.
· Follow up on action points and report progress.
· Collaborate closely with the PSM Chair. Requisitos: · University degree (min. 3 years) or equivalent experience.
· Experience in committee support, administration or project coordination.
· Strong MS Office skills.
· English level B2 or higher.
· Excellent organisational and communication skills.
