SDS SCIB is looking for a Program Manager IT, based in our Málaga office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Program Manager IT, you will be accountable for the management and delivery of large scale strategic Cash projects/programs.

We need someone like you to help us boosting digital business technology, focusing on mindset & culture change:

Propose, design and guide in the efficient use of solutions aligned with the technical architecture and that adjust to the business requirements.

Ensure the correct implementation of the different projects and adaptation to continuous change.

Examine and interpret business requirements, establishing the purpose of the solution

Optimization of the performance of the systems, proposing and executing housekeeping measures and process optimization.

Supervise internal quality.

Identify possible risks associated with technical design and contribute to its efficient management.

Management of demand on applications, analyzing, defining, and estimating alternatives and solutions.

Global vision of the set of improvements and evolution initiatives on each component, identification of synergies, anticipation of possible conflicts and definition of solutions.

Definition of the medium and long-term strategy for each solution. Identifying opportunities for innovation.

Oversight function with countries to engage IT plans and systems seeking for synergies.

Lead teams and individuals to the highest level of engagement and performance

Manage strategic relationship with main IT vendors and contractors relevant for the domain.

EXPERIENCE

Background:

Experience of Cash and Payments products or other Transaction banking solutions implementing informational systems and integrating with core-banking systems.

A proven track record of achievements steering IT projects/programs

Desirable experience working in, or partnering with, fast moving technology/fintech businesses related to the Cash Management industry- ( i.e ERP’s, TMS’s, )

Functional, Technical & managing skills:

Deep understanding of Cash and Payments informational flows and industry standards (i.e ISO2022)

Strong management capabilities and project methodology

Ability to work with 3party solutions setting the commercial relationship with vendors and contractors

Knowledgest of latest industry trends and cash solutions

Technical skills basis

+5 years of experience with the required skills

EDUCATION

Degree in STEM education

Desirable:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or Computer Science

Postgraduate program IT

Be passionate about IT project management and steer projects in completely new directions

Coordination skills, transversal management, transformation

Pragmatic, direct approach and a track record of solving problems and implementing solutions in a matrixed business environment

Strong customer focus: the ability to view issues from a customer lens

Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varied backgrounds

Analysis and synthesis skills, complex meeting/action plan / crisis animation

Be persuasive, inspiring, and motivating for run culture change

Ability to work in liquid organizations with strong change adaptability
