Funciones: The Program Manager for Amazons EU PAE team supports the expansion of Local Payment Methods across key EU markets, including Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Germany. The role manages endtoend programs, coordinating crossfunctional teams in legal, tech, finance, compliance, and operations to ensure timely delivery and resolve dependencies. Responsibilities include managing external partners such as banks and payment networks, overseeing pilots, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining scalable documentation. Requirements include a relevant bachelor´s degree, project/program management experience, analytical skills, strong communication, organization, and C2 English. Preferred qualifications include experience in payments or regulatory environments, gotomarket knowledge, collaboration with financial partners, familiarity with A/B or shadow testing, and fluency in additional EU languages.
