Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Principal Program Manager to lead Line Haul Sustainability that can drive innovation in the Middle Mile Sustainability Program. As part of the Supply team, focusing on sustainability, you will be responsible for defining, scoping and implementing the Sustainability Strategy and creating the vision that build a new standard for our customers and stakeholders while satisfying performance. You will be able to influence Senior Leadership on the future investments on topics related to Carbon-zero.

Key job responsibilities:

> The Principal Program Manager drives strategy, prioritizes projects and feature sets, as well as aligns and sets stakeholders expectations for Line Haul Sustainability. This requires interaction with Amazon’s WW operations, technology and finance teams.
> You will have full ownership of the program from the scoping until the implementation, including working cross-functionally with subject matter experts.
> You will work closely with a team of program managers and business analysts to drive the collection and implementation of requirements, ensure alignment with corporate objectives and contractual obligations.
> You will need to define, prioritize and plan the resources and technical requirements needed for programs to be delivered on time.
> You will write and review business cases, perform supporting market research and analysis, write specifications, and drive the product development from design to release.
> You will be required to have clear, precise, and regular communication with all stakeholders. This includes ongoing project/program status via Monthly Business Review and other reports, as well as capturing requirements.
> You will retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems.
> You will monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity within the program.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS> The candidate should have, at least 3 years of experience in the Clean Energy Industry, driving investment projects.
> A Master's degree (MBA or MS)
> The ideal candidate has proven experience working within the transportation delivery industry, sales, and/or product development and at least 10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
> Proven experience in Program Management in business development, supply chain, transportation, or logistics
> Experience of developing relationships and influencing across senior leadership groups in matrix management environments.
> Background of owning strategic planning, taking business level objectives and translating to delivery plans.
> Experience of change management/business launch/growth environments
> Candidate must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically
> Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize
> Advanced Excel skills required.
> An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and collaborate with external partners.PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR IN ENGLISHPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS> Experience in Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Procurement and Logistics.
> Experience of senior leadership in product/operations.
