Program Leader ESI Shared Services Strategy M/F

Overview:

COEs strategic planning manager will be a member of the COEs SLT team. The role will directly report to VP EMEA COESs for ES International. He/she will work with and collaborate directly with the GMs, VPs and Operations Senior Directors of ESI as well as ESI Finance, Business excellence and strategy Leaders. This role will be responsible for designing, transition support and reporting on the shared service strategy, Including the ESI Business Transformation & Innovation initiatives related to the ESI shared service strategy.

The COEs strategic planning manager will act as a senior project manager and will have no direct reports. This role will require excellent program and project management skills, ability to communicate and present with impact at all levels, good strategic thinking and planning, strong leadership capabilities in order interact effectively and efficiently with executives at ESI level.

Essential Responsibilities:
Actively track and report on ESI COEs strategy execution
strong accountability on building the ESI COEs strategy.
Identify new opportunities to transition to recommended Shared Service Centre
Leading key strategic transitioning projects
Coordinate with the different Business Excellence leaders the progress on the different transformation project related with the ESI CoEs strategy
Collaborate with Operations Senior Leaders to ensure annual transition plans are delivered on time and within plan
Ensure reporting standards, including respective financial controller and business owner sign off, are adhered to
Coordinate the updates and consolidation of strategic initiatives.
Conduct workshops and Design Thinking sessions to facilitate the future transformation of the ESI delivery service model.
Project manage the delivery of internal initiatives.
Deliver professional strategy communication to senior leaders
Facilitate Executive Monthly Steering committees
Lead any other assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with the Vice President EMEA Coes

Specific Skill / Experiences:
Extensive experience in managing a multi country project management office incl. Project and Portfolio Management software
High level of ability to collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Able to maintain effective relationships with Business Unit leaders, central support functions and associates.
Excellent level of attention to detail
Must be "marketplace" informed
Must have a passion for using technology to optimize communication
Creative with an eye for design and communications campaign concept generation
Ability to translate technical , functional information into strategic vision
Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong inter-personal communication skills.
In depth knowledge of project management tools and methodology.
Excellent time management, presentation and organizational skills.
Passion for sharing information on time
Able to adapt style to different working environments, situations and cultures.
Excellent Microsoft office skills including the use and development of templates and the use of PowerPoint, Excel and Visio and SharePoint applications.

Qualifications and experience:

Education:
Degree in English
Project and Program Management Certified
Work Experience:
5 years experience in Portfolio Management position or strategy planning role within a large multi-national company
Held a senior position requiring extensive application of Project/Program Portfolio Management
Ability to demonstrate experience in leading a successful communication program.
Extensive experience in cross border communication and best practice sharing
Experience working at a senior level in an international environment.
Must be fluent in English, additional language preferred (French)
Experience producing advanced level PowerPoint presentation.
