What youll do

Would you like to be part of our new adventure in Malaga? Vodafone Group is launching its new technological HUB (MSH), an international center of excellence dedicated to research and development of technical solutions, such as Secure Networks, 5G and 6G development, Open RAN, IoT, MPN & MEC and UCC for Vodafone Business, platforms and enterprise Solutions.

The role of Specialist Lean Portfolio has the following responsibilities:
Own the governance of the end-to-end flow of work through the portfolio(s), ensure traceability of objectives.
Work with LOB Product Portfolio Heads and product management teams as well as key technology teams and Networks to facilitate portfolio planning and alignment.
Facilitate alignment across all technology stakeholders.
Work with the Portfolio Operations team and key contributing teams to ensure that the select portfolio(s) are properly controlled in relation to: cost & funding planning, delivery, metrics, governance, etc.
Apply standard processes and tools within the select portfolio(s) and drive consistency in LPM practices.
Guide and support the Portfolio team in the Lean Agile transformation.
What you bring:
Expert level in Lean Portfolio Management, as well as broader experience in the SAFe framework and other Agile methodologies.
Experience in working within a matrix-structured organization with a high level of influencing skills.
Strong communication and diplomacy skills to influence colleagues in other departments and strong stakeholder management skills (up to E-level/Director).
A collaborative team player, passionate to implement change and able to work across multiple functions, locations and cultures with senior-level executives.
Resilient, decisive and able to learn quickly in a fast moving environment.
Able to communicate clearly and straight forwards with an advanced level of English.
