Job Description

Your role will be to take an integral part in defining people technology strategy and implementing it across all our locations.

As People Technology Lead you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting scalable technology solutions that will enable an exceptional employee experience, e.g., HR databases, talent acquisition tools, performance management, learning and career development platforms, compensation & benefits management tools, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with HR and business stakeholders, and investigate in-house HR technology solutions along with market best practices to improve employee experience and drive business results;
  • Create an actionable people technology roadmap and measure delivery objectives against the roadmap;
  • Create and lead agile project teams to ensure roadmap implementation. Follow-up and ensure engagement of both project team members and stakeholders;
  • Lead with care a dedicated team supporting people technology implementation, maintenance, and future development;
  • Act as a system administrator to provide uninterrupted and correct support for HR process delivery. Develop guidelines and manuals where appropriate and provide internal advising to HR teams on the user specifics;
  • Provide training to stakeholders and users in relevant areas (people technology);
  • Create, participate and drive HR technology governance at various levels of the organization;
  • Actively contribute and fully support the new technology procurement process.
To succeed in this role you should have:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or systems integration;
  • Degree in computer engineering, computer science, and/or information systems;
  • Mature IT project management skills including team management and engagement;
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS solutions and experience with HRIS implementation and integration into other applications;
  • Expertise in people management best practices with the ability to build sustainable long-term technical solutions;
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and partnership building with HR and Business to meet business needs;
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical and executive audience;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
