Funciones: - Design and roll out a Management by Objectives (MBO) framework: cascade company strategy into departmental and individual objectives, define measurable KPIs for each role, and run the goal- setting, mid- year review, and year- end assessment cycle.
- Link the MBO framework to variable compensation, ensuring objectives are consistent, measurable, and fairly weighted across functions, and coordinating the annual bonus calculation with Finance.
- Implement and run the performance and competency appraisal cycle (EVA) , combining objective achievement with competency assessment, including calibration sessions and structured feedback conversations.
- Design and maintain a talent management framework: talent mapping and segmentation, identification of key roles and high- potential employees, and succession plans for critical positions.
- Build individual development plans and career paths that connect appraisal outcomes with training, internal mobility, and promotion decisions.
- Manage the HR implications of a workforce in continuous travel: assembly, installation, and project teams deployed to client sites across Spain and internationally.
- Own the posting- of- workers framework - A1 certificates, prior notifications to host- country authorities, applicable working conditions under EU posted worker rules, and travel and expense policies - in coordination with external advisors.
- Ensure Health & Safety obligations travel with the team: pre- deployment training, site- specific risk assessments, coordination of business activities with clients and subcontractors, and documentation of every deployment.
- Supervise and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, implementing effective preventative measures.
- Coordinate documentation and processes related to workplace safety and risk assessments, in liaison with the external prevention service.
- Act as liaison with the Workers' Council and manage labour relations in collaboration with external advisors.
- Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries, including travel allowances and variable pay.
- Manage wellbeing initiatives and flexible compensation and benefits programmes.
- Maintain and manage employee documentation (contracts, records, etc. ) , ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Support onboarding processes to facilitate seamless integration for new team members.
- Handle ad hoc recruitment needs, focusing on strategic roles aligned with business priorities.
- Assist in the annual training and development plan in collaboration with the local management team. Requisitos: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, or equivalent experience in the field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally gained in a multinational or an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Proven, hands- on experience designing and implementing structured HR frameworks: an MBO system with cascaded objectives and KPIs, performance and competency appraisals, talent maps, and succession plans - not only administering tools already in place.
- Experience managing employees who travel frequently or are posted abroad, and familiarity with the associated labour, social security, and safety obligations.
- Solid command of Spanish labour law and Health & Safety regulations, with practical experience implementing workplace safety measures.
- Comfortable operating in an environment where processes still need to be built, and able to move between strategic design and hands- on execution.
- Excellent organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and strong professional communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, performance and talent management tools) .
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
