People Change Analyst Resource

The People Change Analyst role is responsible for supporting people change planning activities through the preparation of high quality documentation and analytics.

Role Profile:
Analysis and reporting of data in support of people change activities and project plan
Production of reports & presentation slides in support of the People Change Team
Project management administration - tracking of detailed project plans documenting timeframes, roadmaps, risks, issues, dependencies, tasks and owners and updating status report on a regular basis
Assist with administration including booking meetings, liaising with cross-functional teams, and assist with the development of project documents
D&I analysis in change plans
Overall People Tracking
Experience:
Experience of operating within a change or project environment or experience in M&A programmes
Take quantitative data and apply an analytical mindset to generate insights and recommendations
Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated, able to work using own initiative
Strong planning and organisational skills and a track record of rigorous attention to detail
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, v-lookups)
Commercially aware
Strong verbal communication skills to liaising with project stakeholders
Excellent written communication skills using both Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail
