We are looking for: People & Culture Associate - VIE Contract (W/M)

People & Culture (P&C) Associate will be involved in transversal projects for the (P&C) organization in Iberia and will be the part of the team that supports the Global Innovation Center (GIC).
Responsibilities:
Ensure proximity primarily with managers across the organizations as well as with employees
Accompany managers through multiple P&C processes related to their organizations in people topics (Performance impact, Talent Management, Development Path, etc.)
Advice and deliver a various range of services at all steps of people careers
In collaboration with the P&C team, your role is to:
Enable our People strategy by driving excellence in execution for P&C programs/initiatives and processes across the organizations you will be in charge of and transversal projects
Support managers in all people and organization related matters to support the execution of the business roadmap
Perform accordingly People Excellence related tasks while ensuring compliance to processes, labour law & ethics. Areas of support are various: Staffing, Talent Management & Development, Internal Mobility (local & international), Performance & rewards, Change Management, Culture & employee engagement, Diversity & Gender balance and individual employee matters
Ensure relay/coordination throughout an employee’s career path (onboarding/one2one support including possible disciplinary action/offboarding)
Promote continuous process improvement and implementation with Centre of Excellence (COE) Partners, People Excellence Professionals and Sanofi Business Services (SBS) People Services
Requirements:
Degree or Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, relevant HR field or Project Management
Previous experience in HR department would be an asset
Previous experience in Project Management
Solid data analysis and synthesis skills
Fluent French and English; knowledge of Spanish is highly desired
Proficiency with MS-Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Collaborative and hands-on spirit, able to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, changing and multicultural environment
Outstanding at solving complex problems, being comfortable working with business leaders, managers and employees to address any workforce challenges or issues
Respect of strict confidentiality & ethics
Reactivity in answering requests and ability to prioritize
