As the main point of contact throughout the breast aesthetic journey, the Patient Care plays a crucial role in assisting consumers. Your role in this position will be to proactively engage with customers prior to their surgery. This can be accomplished by supplying them with essential information about the companys offerings through various communication channels such as appointment reminders, proactive follow-ups through calls, emails and other channels.
Your responsibilities and impact as a Patient Care will be:
Acting as a mediator between the consumer and the clinic to address any concerns or issues that may arise
Effectively addressing patient inquiries by delivering unbiased, precise, non-promotional, and non-medical information.
Assuring the customers have a positive experience fitting our client´ quality standards.
Coordinating an onboarding process for interested customers, guiding them through the necessary steps to become a valued client.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Native level of Spanish with a fluent level of German and English (at least C1)
Already based in Barcelona or metropolitan area
Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Being able to quickly understand customers´ needs and dealing with their emotions
Having a well organized and structured way of working
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment
Data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Previous experience working in the medical (aesthetics) would be a plus
Previous experience working with Zendesk and Salesforce would be a plus
