Paid Media Manager

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join a digital startup within the automotive sector.

What would be your responsibilities?

✅ Own the multi-channel digital marketing strategy

✅ Build compelling marketing strategies for each of the digital media channels

✅ Create, Optimize and Analyze successful performance digital marketing campaigns

✅ Design and implement processes to constantly generate and iterate creatives, improve product and landing pages, etc

✅ Design A/B testing methodology and implement learning agenda

✅ Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Design, Content and Tech)

✅ Setting KPIs for the strategy and monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on paid media platforms. Also, research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring digital media activity

How do we imagine you?

⭐ Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience focus on digital performance marketing

⭐ Experience of planning and evaluating paid digital campaigns; outline clear KPIs and performance measurements for success specific to each campaign

⭐ Proven track record of improving paid media ROI and implementing best practices

⭐ Strong knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager. ?TikTok ads and Affiliation are a plus?

⭐ Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs

⭐ Analytical skills. Results-oriented

⭐ Proactively seeking clarification of requirements and direction; take responsibility and ownership to manage projects

⭐ Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

⭐Strong understanding of digital media trends, with a good feel for multi-touch strategies

⭐ Can-do person who takes on tasks proactively and communicates well within a team

⭐ Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver

⭐ Ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business
