P2P Payment Specialist with English (Temporary contract) en Barcelona

Funciones: Key Responsibilities
Process on time and manner the payroll payments requests received on SharePoint, meeting the SLA agreed for EU.
Create payment batches as per the schedule and within the intra
day limits.
Record Bank bookings and allocate payments timely to AP ledger in accordance with business deadlines.
Process customer refunds payments in accordance with the process agreed with O2C.
Engage with stakeholders across the business to investigate and resolve incidents taking necessary corrective action, driving issues to resolution (i. e. payment rejections or incorrect bank details) .

Accounting/Finance studies or background.
Previous Accounting/Administration work experience valued.
Fluency in English, any additional European / Mediterranean languages are valued (Dutch, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic etc. ) .
MS Office (good Excel and Outlook skills) and any ERP experience is valued.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and follow
up on/resolve outstanding issues.
Detail oriented with solid organizational, analytical, and problem
solving skills.
