We are now looking for experienced and driven Operations Manager! This is truly an exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking for a career in a dynamic and international work environment.

Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations and financial performance of operational teams within our live studio. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver the studio plan and motivate operational teams to deliver world-class results. Directly managing those involved in Operations Management, you will be responsible for setting direction, coaching, and appraising performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and developing staff
  • Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of Floor Operation Supervisors, Team Managers and other key Specialists involved in Operations Management
  • Motivating team and individuals to achieve set targets
  • Daily support, direction, and assistance to the direct reports in all areas
  • Ensuring continuous and properly organized communication flow within a team and with other departments
  • Analyzing and resolving quality and service issues, identifying trends, and recommending system improvements
  • Gathering and analyzing critical data
  • Executing Operational Excellence initiatives
  • Initiating projects and following up and keeping track of ongoing projects
  • Involvement in Operational staff and product delivery planning, reviewing, and monitoring
  • Participating in companywide knowledge bank development
  • Maintaining relations and communication with Clients when requested by the Commercial team
  • Forecasting and tracking of the Operation's related costs to achieve accuracy of the spending and compliance with the budget
  • Any other duties, as directed by your manager
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Senior role within Operations
  • Extremely strong leadership qualities
  • Has met targets and expectations set out by Direct Manager within current role
  • Excellent English spoken and written language skills
  • Spanish and Dutch languages will be considered an advantage
  • The ability to collaborate with the stakeholders across all levels and functions
  • Experience within the gaming industry would be considered an advantage
  • Self-motivated & organized with high levels of resilience and the ability to adapt to new situations
  • Analytical thinking
  • Result-oriented attitude and high sense of responsibility
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Relations
  • Experience in corporate communication
  • Understanding of budgeting basics and budgeting principles
  • High sense of urgency
  • Good computer literacy skills
