Operations Agent - Groups & Tours | Fixed Term

Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Malaga, Spain as an Operations Agent for our Groups and Tours department. You will be responsible for organising big group events for all different agencies wanting a taste of our fantastic destination.

ABOUT THE JOB
Organise Itineraries for groups and tours to see the best of what we have to offer.
Maintain continuous communication with all our suppliers both internal and external.
Solving daily operational incidents to guarantee efficiency through all the departments involved.
Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
Whenever required, coordinate tour guide assignments based on operational needs.
ABOUT YOU
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.
Experience in the leisure and tourism industry - ideally in a booking admin position is desirable.
Able to work in a flexible manner
Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills
