day running of the office, liaising with suppliers and service providers accordingly (order, receive, check invoices with actuals, manage cleaning company)

Travel management planning and coordination (multiple schedules and time zones) , accommodation, transfers, door

door itineraries

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and video conferences
Traditional support and administrative duties, including expense processing (SAP Concur system) , meeting and document preparation and any further ad
hoc requests.
Manage office and kitchen supplies, the meeting rooms and common areas to ensure all remain clean and organised
Organise / coordinate team and office events
Act as gate keeper, screening calls and meeting requests
Interactions across the Group, liaising with various teams and levels of seniority Requisitos: Previous experience in a similar role
