Funciones: Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
Coordinate international travel (flights, accommodation, logistics)
Provide day
to
day executive support to leadership
Prepare presentations and reports for internal use and investors
Oversee office operations across 4 locations
Ensure smooth day
to
day running of the offices
Coordinate with internal teams and external providers
Manage office supplies, facilities, and general organization
Organize internal events, team activities, and company gatherings
Support company culture and employee experience initiatives
Assist in investor management and communication
Prepare and structure performance presentations and reports
Ensure high
quality follow
up and coordination with stakeholders
Identify process improvements and increase operational efficiency
Use tools (including AI) to optimize workflows and productivity
Bring a proactive, problem
solving mindset
High exposure to leadership and strategic projects Requisitos: 3
5 years of experience in Office Manager / Executive Assistant or similar roles
Fluent English required
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable profile
Experience working in international environments
Global mindset with exposure to different cultures
Comfortable working in a flexible, international environment
Experience using AI tools is a strong plus
High attention to detail and ownership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
